Terms of Service

Tally is a service that helps Twitch streamers find each other for collaborations. By using it you agree to what's below. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Tally is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Virginia, USA. You can reach us at the contact address on our site.

You must be 18 or over

Tally puts you in private contact with people you don't know, so it is for adults only. You confirm your date of birth when you sign up. If we find out you're under 18, we'll close your account and delete it.

Your account

You sign in with Twitch. You're responsible for what happens on your account, and you must not share it, use someone else's, or pretend to be someone you aren't.

How you have to behave

Don't use Tally to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
• send sexual content to people who didn't ask for it
• spam, advertise, or run scams
• impersonate anyone
• scrape, copy, or resell our data
• break the law, or Twitch's terms

You can report anyone from their card or your conversation. Reporting also blocks them. We review reports and may suspend or remove accounts. We don't promise a response time.

What we show about you

Your viewer averages, stream schedule, and verification status come from Twitch's public API. We collect that independently of your account, and you can't edit it — that's the point. Your bio, tags, and featured clips are yours, and you control them.

We don't promise our numbers are perfect. They come from sampling live channels and may be incomplete or out of date.

Paid features

Some features may require a subscription. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it.

We're not part of the collaborations

Tally introduces people. What you agree to do together is between you. We don't vet anyone beyond checking that their streaming numbers are real, and we're not responsible for how a collaboration goes.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your profile, matches, and messages. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The legal part

Tally is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the past twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If we change them, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
